Before you order
Send clear identification photographs of your original 6HP transmission control unit (TCU) and proposed replacement, together with your vehicle make, model, year and fault details. We will confirm whether your specific job is supported and check compatibility before you purchase or post.
You supply both the original TCU and a compatible replacement TCU. No replacement unit or gearbox is included.
We will confirm exactly which components to send before posting. Do not send a complete gearbox or mechatronic assembly unless expressly agreed.
From your vehicle to our workshop
Send identification photographs
Provide readable part numbers and hardware and software details for both units. Contact us before ordering or posting.
Identify the original and replacement
Clearly mark each unit with a separate label or masking tape:
ORIGINAL TCU – the original unit from your vehicle.
REPLACEMENT TCU – the compatible donor unit to be cloned.
Do not cover manufacturer labels or identification numbers.
Send via Royal Mail with tracking
Once we have confirmed your job and the required components, wrap each module separately and pack securely in a sturdy box. Use a suitable Royal Mail service with tracking. Include your name, order reference and contact details. Keep your tracking reference and proof of postage.
Cloning work and return delivery
We carry out the agreed cloning work using your original unit and supplied replacement. Return delivery arrangements and charges are confirmed before ordering.

Important information
This is a TCU cloning service, not a mechanical gearbox repair or the sale of a transmission or replacement controller. Cloning depends on original data readability, module condition and donor compatibility.
Tell us about water damage, burning, electrical or physical damage and previous repair attempts. Plug-and-play operation, coding and adaptation requirements must be confirmed for your specific job.
